Despite 4Domains' efforts to keep
their Registrar business alive they have recently been
de-accredited by ICANN (for more details please refer to:
http://www.icann.org/en/announcements/announcement-06oct10-en.htm
)
Thanks
to 4Domains' CEO, Mr. Chuck Steinberger, cooperation we have
successfully migrated your domain/s and account/s to our Registrar,
Internet.bs, while preserving your password (where possible). The migration
only concerns the domain name registration business.
For any web hosting account you may have please contact hostingpen.com.
From
now on, you will be able to manage your domain/s from our control
panel.
If
you had set any URL or email forwarding we are pleased to inform you
that they should not be interrupted, but those services are now also
handled by us. If you need to make changes to these free services
please see below.
Please
note while we have been able to preserve your password, you need to
use your email as login. If you do not remember the email associated
with your account please use the domain name instead. In other words
you can login into our control panel using EITHER your email or one
of the domain/s under your account as login and use your existing
password. There are however a few exceptions where we could not preserve your password and you will need to generate a new one using the password reset feature.

order for our emails to always be delivered to you, please make sure

do NOT call and do NOT use our chat for assistance related to your
account migration. During this migration period we will be very
vigilant in verifying your identity and this cannot be done over chat
or phone with potential volume of requests. If you do call or

If
you wish to transfer your domain away, please login under your new
account, unlock the domain, get the EPP Auth. Code
(http://www.internetbs.net/en/faq/content/1/9/en/what-is-an-epp-authorization-code-and-where-to-obtain-it.html)
and initiate the transfer from your new Registrar. Please do not
request EPP Auth. Code or domain unlocking by phone or by chat, such
requests will be ignored as we won’t be able to verify your
identity.
